Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation, for Cash on Delivery).
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other regions: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to courier network issues, weather, or regional restrictions outside our control.
Shipping charges
- Free on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies below that threshold.
- Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive the courier name and tracking ID by email, and it will also appear in My Account → Orders. You can also look it up without logging in at our Track Order page using your order number and the email used at checkout.
Packaging
Ghee is shipped in tamper-evident, leak-resistant packaging suitable for transit in India's climate. If a jar arrives damaged, see the Refund Policy.
